Job Description:
• Employee confidentiality and accurate record keeping
• HR reporting and data entry (E-Verify, employee verification, employee information, benefits, government census data, etc.)
• HRIS system processing (new hire information, payroll deductions, employee changes, data uploads, reports, etc.)
• Investigate and document all incidents
• Understand and follow all Handbook and Safety Manual Policies
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instruction
• Perform administrative and office management activities
• Present real-world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy
• Maintain good relationships with all office and field staff
• Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks • Perform other duties as assigned
Successful Candidate Demonstrates:
• Focus on human resources or business administration preferred
• Ability to communicate with various levels of personalities

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
