Position Title: Receptionist
Department: Administration
Location: Athens, AL
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Answer and disperse incoming calls accordingly
- Prepare letters, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instruction
- Perform administrative and office management activities supporting the Chief Financial Officer, Office Manager, Project Managers, Estimators, and Field Team
- File and scan paperwork as instructed
- Open and sort mail
- Perform data entry efficiently and accurately
- Maintain good relationships with all office and field staff
- Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work task
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Administrative Assistant Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication Skills
