Position Title: Receptionist

Department: Administration

Location: Athens, AL 

Essential Job Functions:  

  • Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately 
  • Answer and disperse incoming calls accordingly
  • Prepare letters, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instruction
  • Perform administrative and office management activities supporting the Chief Financial Officer, Office Manager, Project Managers, Estimators, and Field Team
  • File and scan paperwork as instructed 
  • Open and sort mail 
  • Perform data entry efficiently and accurately 
  • Maintain good relationships with all office and field staff
  • Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work task
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of Administrative Assistant Experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong Communication Skills
